Refund Policy
At Bear Alive, LLC, we understand that plans can change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our guests:
Cancellation:
- Cancellations made up to 3 days before your scheduled stay are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before your stay are not eligible for a refund. However, if the cabin was not used at all (no check-in occurred), the cleaning fee will be refunded.

Our team will process your refund promptly upon receiving your request. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of properties managed by Bear Alive, LLC. By booking a stay at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservation and Booking
1.1 Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed when Bear Alive, LLC sends a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
1.2 Minimum & Maximum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights and maximum of 14 nights. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
1.3 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept PayPal and Stripe Payments.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1 Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
2.2 Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
2.3 Late Check-Out: Late check-outs may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
3.1 Occupancy: The property is to be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking. Additional guests must be approved by Bear Alive, LLC in advance.
3.2 Noise and Disturbances: Guests must respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Excessive noise, parties, or disturbances are not permitted.
3.3 Property Care: Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition. Any damages or missing items may be charged to the guest.
3.4 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
3.5 Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
4. Liability and Indemnity
4.1 Liability: Bear Alive, LLC is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings during their stay.
4.2 Indemnity: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bear Alive, LLC and its agents from any claims arising from their stay.
5. Right of Entry
Bear Alive, LLC reserves the right to enter the property at reasonable times for the purposes of inspection, maintenance, or emergencies.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Bear Alive, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes.
